Information for credit card payment

For only $4.95 you can take the internet version of this popular career planning tool and receive a personalized interpretive report. For more than 30 years, PAR has maintained the highest ethical standards for psychological testing. Your responses to the SDS items and your personalized report are completely confidential.

After you complete the SDS, you will be asked to enter your first and last names on the Demographic Data screen so that your name will appear on your personalized report. For confidentiality, you may prefer to enter your initials, a nickname, or some other form of personal identification instead of your full name. Whatever you enter will appear on your report.

Credit card instructions

After you complete the demographic information, click on the "Credit Card" button.
Click on the "Next" button.
A new screen will ask you to enter all pertinent credit card information (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express).
After verification of your credit card information, click on the "Get Report" button. Your report will appear on your screen.

Your credit card information will be sent to Bank of America for processing via a secure connection. Once your credit card purchase has been approved, you will be connected to the report generation section of the SDS site. This section does not require a secure connection because your credit card information will have already been processed. If your screen displays a message letting you know that you are entering a non-secure site, simply click on “Yes” to proceed.

Information about volume discounts and prepaid group arrangements

All payments are in U.S. currency. If you would like to make payment arrangements for a group administration, just e-mail your request to sdscsup@parinc.com. You will be contacted no later than the next business day. After each person in your group completes the SDS online, the customized report will appear on his or her computer screen.

1-99 Uses	$4.95 (U.S.) per report
100+ Uses	$3.95 (U.S.) per report

Information for members of a prepaid group

After you complete the demographic information, simply click on the "Group Account" button.
As a member of a prepaid group, you will be asked to enter both your account ID number and your password.
Click on the "Next" button to get your report.
